吉满生物的BRE Reporter 293 Cell Line是一种Luciferase报告基因细胞系,当BMP-2等配体结合受体后,激活下游信号通路,随后通过测定荧光信号确定荧光素酶的表达,间接评估配体对信号通路的影响程度。Luciferase 读值即代表信号通路的激活效果,因此该细胞系广泛应用于BMP配体、受体激动剂或抑制剂的筛选,以及信号通路调控机制的研究。
